Method 

  • Take 5 big guava leaves and wash them properly. 
  • Take a pan and heat 1 cup of water. 
  • Add guava leaves to the water and let it boil for 4 to 5 minutes. 
  • Now, strain the leaves and squeeze half a lemon into the water. 
  • Add some honey for taste. 
  • Mix well and pour the tea into a cup.
